Blast your Obliques!

An easy ab workout that blasts stomach fat fast!

Lie on your back with your knees to the side, bent at a 90 degree angle. 

 

Then, crunch up keeping your hands behind your head, and hold for one second. Then lower back down. Remember to breathe! 

 

Repeat on the opposite side.

 

It's exactly like regular crunches but with a little side twist!

Do 3 sets with 15 reps in each set.
